Your Right To Cancel & Return Goods

Under the ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations’ you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt of goods without stating any reason.

To implement the right to cancel, you must first inform us via email (support@ozpig.co.uk) of your decision to cancel the contract of sale within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Goods can only be returned without reason if they are unused and still in the original packaging. You will be required to bear the postage cost or collection fee of returning the goods.

Ozpig.co.uk may make a deduction from your reimbursement for collection costs and for any loss in value of the goods supplied if there is evidence of actual product use or if the item is not resalable.

Ozpig.co.uk will arrange reimbursement within 7 days of receiving the returned items. Reimbursement will be made using the original method of payment used for the order transaction unless agreed otherwise.

Faulty Goods and Replacements

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund within 30 days from receipt of goods. After 30 days, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault.

On receipt of delivery, please unpack carefully and check over your goods. If upon receipt of goods you unfortunately discover any faults or damages please notify us immediately by sending a photo and brief description to support@ozpig.co.uk.

If an item or part is found to be missing, even after 30 days, please locate the part name or code in the assembly instructions and notify us via email.

The Ozpig team will aim to resolve the issue efficiently by replacing or sending any damaged or missing goods free of charge as quickly as possible.
